What Is The Barrington & Area Chamber of Commerce?
We are a not-for-profit business organization that draws its membership from the businesses in the Municipality of Barrington, the Town of Clark's Harbour and surrounding areas.
What Are The Benefits of Joining The Chamber?
There are numerous benefits to joining the Barrington & Area Chamber of Commerce. As a member of both the Atlantic Provinces Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce our members have access to numerous cost saving programs and services, as well as preferred group rates for all types on insurance. On the local front being a member of the Barrington & Area Chamber of Commerce offers networking opportunities with other local business owners and operators through the Chamber's monthly meetings, special events and committee work. It also enables you to make a positive contribution to your community and the local economy. The Chamber also provides the opportunity for free advertising through our webpage and Facebook page.
When Does The Chamber Meet?
We have a total of 6 in-person meetings per year. The Chamber meetings take place on the second Wednesday of every other month at the Barrington Library office starting at 7:00 p.m.
